The summer season is starting and for some of us that will mean more outings and day trips.
Being a Weight Watcher can be difficult when routine gets thrown a little and trying to decide what to eat when your out can leave us falling back into our bad habits.
Firstly, I have been hearing a lot that summer is too difficult to be a Weight Watchers and it's easier to start back after the summer.
In my experience, it's a bit like when you fall off your bike as a child, the quicker you get back on it, the easier it is.
Packing a punch with your lunch
I got these in Lidl and they were lovely, there not Filling and Healthy, there 3 Propoints and just over a euro so well worth the buy.
The Sweet Treat
1 Propoint for 1 or 3 propoints for 2, but there huge and lovely. I can only get these in my local Tesco.
I got these in Supervalu, 1 for 1 Propoint and 2 for 3 Propoints and they are delicious

If your looking for your Fish and Chips at the beach
13 Propoints, that's so good you could have your ice cream afterwards aswel
With this being Ireland, expect the unexpected, if events turn for the worst and you end up eating out somewhere, try the soup if your trying to stay on track.
