Filling & Healthy Cookies

For those of you that have the fear that if you commit to a Filling & Healthy day, you will go through a sweet detox, be not afraid.  There is always an alternative.

These have been doing the rounds for a while now but I think they originated in a Weight Watchers magazine a good couple of moons ago but they are definitely one to keep on hand.

With saying this, I must warn you.  I ate far to many of them today, but all that I had to Pro point was the chocolate which worked out at 4 Weight Watchers Pro points so the damage was not of huge significance, however with the Filling & Healthy, one must use self restraint and learn when enough is enough.  So remember, you may not be pro pointing but nothing is free.

These are only 2 ingredients for the basic cooking but as I said I added the chocolate but the possibilities are endless, so it's up to yourself and your own taste buds.

Minus the chocolate, these are part of the Filling & Healthy Plan.
Weight Watchers Pro points per serving 2 cookies for 1 Pro point.
Weight Watchers Pro points per recipe 9
Serves 16

Ingredients

1 and a half ripe bananas
85g of quick oats
Sweetener as required

If using chocolate, I used Aldi Moser dark mint chocolate where 2 squares are 4 Weight Watchers Propoints, I shaved the chocolate with a sharp knife.

Directions

Preheat the oven to gas mark 5.

Mash the banana until it is smooth.  Add the sweetener if using.  Add the rolled oats and combine.  At this stage, you would add the chocolate shavings at this stage if using.

Line a baking try with parchment.  Shape the oat mixture into cookie whereby the divide into 16 and place on the lined baking tray and place in the oven.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Serve and enjoy.

Enjoy the NipTuck way, so you don't have to!
