Something for the weekend, that's sweet, comfort food and a little decedent but has a WeightWatchers Propoints value of 4.
These are gorgeous on their own, but now they are on sale in Dunnes Stores for E1.50 so I thought why not.
So the weekend is tangible it's that close. In class this week we looked at making time for ourselves and getting our weight to be a priority.
It's very difficult and it's so easy to get led astray with life. Sometimes we don't have the time to make things from scratch or we don't have the time to plan.
This needs very little planning and very little time but will definitely satisfy you, plus with the weather getting cooler this is a great option.
Weight Watchers Propoints per serving 4
1 pot of WeightWatchers Caramel Creamed Rice
1 tsp of brown sugar
Pour the creamed rice into a small porcelain container and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from the microwave and sprinkle the sugar on top.
Place on the grill for about 2 minutes, watching it carefully, until the sugar starts to crackle.
Remove and you can serve with some seasonal berries.
