This post is more budget busting Weight Watchers friendly food finds. I'm really feeling the pinch of late and I am definitely watching my pocket.
I get asked a lot, "do you always shop with your eyes open" Yes, I do.
I'm lucky that where I live, there is a mix of shops really near me so it really pays for me to shop around. I could say up to E100.00 per week shopping wisely, rather than just shopping in the one store because I'm used to shopping their.
So think about that, would it pay you to shop around, especially if the rest of your family are not following the plan.
Aldi plain poppadoms 1 Weight Watchers Propoints each. Not overly spicy but tasty. I break these up and use them for a 0 propoint salsa dip.
I got these in Dunnes Stores in the Ashleaf. They were E1.48 for 6 of them and they come in a resealable pack. Each one has a propoints value of 3. They are very light but actually nice.
I am in love with this yogurt. It's really thick and creamy. Much thicker than just normal natural yogurt. I have a lot of plans for this yogurt to see it's effects with baking. This is definitely work the buy. E1.48 in Dunnes Stores at the moment and I have bought a lot of this of late. It's natural, 0% fat and I'm thinking that it fits into the Filling & Healthy Plan. It works out at 2 Weight Watchers Propoints for 100g. This is worth the money and the propoints.
I got these in Iceland in Ballyfermot. I had forgotten how good these were. These are great if your having people over, just leave them in the fridge and if you don't want people to know that your following the WeightWatchers plan, they will never know. E1.50 in Iceland.
And let's not forget the the WeightWatchers promotion this week and next week.
Enjoy the Niptuck way, so you don't have to!
Great blog! I will definitely visit it again!
