Marks and Spencer Food Finds

You can Count On Us

This is possibly not news for everyone, but Marks and Sparks have a range called Count On Us and now each of these products have Weightwatchers Propoints calculated on the back.

We all have great intentions but every now and then, life gets in the way and convenience and hunger take over.  For times like this, having a handy stash in the fridge or freezer is a life line, especially for trying to keep your weeklies for all the Christmas parties coming up.

Here's a short list to get you started.

Vegetable Moussaka 8

Cottage Pie 8

Prawn Dim Sum in Thai spiced coconut broth 8

Chicken and Vegetable Hot Pot 11

There is actually a wide range available and most of them are between 8 Weightwatchers Propoints up to 12 Propoints.

Their Count on Us range of yogurts and mousses work out at 2 to 3 propoints and most of the desserts start at 3-5

This following is from the M&S website and just shows the difference and I have added the Propoints beside the Count on Us range

  1. Are you sure some of these aren't the old points values - I would be familiar with the count on us range and have never seen anything below 8propoints. The ones you have listed at 6 or 5 seem very low.

  5. Thanks a lot for this article. I see there are some "Count on us"articles which we cannot find yet in France.
M&S stores indeed just came back recently in Paris and I am a very big fan of their food products and I am even blogging about them (http://carapomme.com/).
I think the M&S "Balanced for you" products are quite good as well, although they are not as intended for a diet like as "Count of us".
