Fruity Tooty Kebobs

Getting the bbq fired up or at least living in hope that we will have a weekend when we can.

BBq is actually a really healthy way of cooking and I love it.  It just means summer and the fact the my other half is German, I don't do the cooking for it, so it does be a very happy day in the Niptuck house, except the Ice Cream part.

Everyone loves an Ice cream but I generally overdo and that's one slippery slope for me.  So, now it is divided up.  Other half does the cooking but I take care of the dessert.

Now, this only works with Weight Watchers Rich Toffee bars.  It's the fact that they don't melt so quick so at least you get a little charring on them.

WeightWatchers Propoints per serving 1
1 Bar serves 2.

Ingredients

1 Rich Toffee Bar
Fruit of choice, but large bulky pieces are great because it keeps the bar directly away from the metal so that it doesn't stick.

Directions

Soak the skewers in warm water before adding the fruit.

Break the bar into 4 with a knife.  Inbetween the fruit place 2 pieces of bar onto each skewer.

On a hot BBQ, ensuring that there is bulky fruit either side of the bar, place the skewers on the BBQ and grill for around 6 minutes.  Fruit will be warm and juicy and the bar gooey.

Enjoy the Niptuck way, so you don't have to!
