Creamy Chicken Tikka that's Filling & Healthy

I love a bit of spice,

Well I was shopping the other day in Tesco and I seen this little sachet and I had a little look.  Literally everything is just spice, no funny numbers, no extract of the unspellable and no nasties and it's gluten free.

Even better, the spice mix on its own has 0 Weight Watchers Propoints in it.

After some investigation into the company I found out it's based down in Cork, so I was even happier than I was before.

There are 5 varieties available Korma, Madras, Red Lentil Dahl, Tandoori and Tikka. They are also launching another two in January; Rogan Josh and Bombay Aloo, now some of them require coconut milk but you could use light coconut milk.

However this particular sachet, has a list of ingredients needed that are all on the filling and healthy list.  The only thing I used that wasn't a F&H ingredient was WeightWatchers Thick Cream.  I used 4 propoints worth of it.

Now I have had flu for the last week and have not been able to smell or taste anything and this still went down a treat.

This was the most delicious Tikka that I have had since being on Weight Watchers.  I have had some whereby they smell delicious and then you taste it and wonder where the flavor went to.  It's thick, creamy, spicy and easy to make.  The only changes I made was reducing the amount of oil.  I used 1 Tbl of oil.

There will be no more boring turkey curry's for me over the Christmas.   This was sensational.

Honestly, if you try one thing this year, let it be this.

Weight Watchers Propoints per recipe 59
Weight Watchers Propoints per serving 10 and this includes 6 pp of brown rice
Serves 6
If on a F&H day 4 Propoints for the whole recipe so 1 pro point per serving.

All you need to do is follow the instruction but I have to say this was well worth the money and with very little effort.

Available in Tesco now.

Enjoy the Niptuck way, so you don't have to!
