Something Sweet

I know that I post a lot about sweet treats here on the blog but there is a reason for that.  Besides having the sweetest tooth in Ireland, so much so, that I don't imagine there being a dentist in Ireland that could get rid of it, but I do like to have sweet treats without the guilt.

I am a quantity person when it comes to sweet things so this is why I look out for something nice nearly every time I go to the supermarket.

However, I have to say that I really over indulged over the last week.  I am mortified to report that I gained 3.5 lbs in the last 7 days and I have no other excuse bar eating junk and crap.

I felt a bit like a phony in class last night so I just had to tell my class, because sometimes crap happens or nothing happens and you just eat.

Also, I have become bored with my food and if you have noticed there has been very little in the way of recipes on here of late.  This is going to change.  Motivation needs to rear it's head again and I need to remember that I started this blog as a way of me not losing sight of why I joined WeightWatchers, even if I am at goal.

Today is definitely a different day and I am back on it.  I will be doing filling and healthy days this week, as a detox as well as healthy foods, but I do know that I will be looking for something with a bit of sugar to give me a mood lift by Friday, so here is what I will be looking at having as one of my sweet treats.

These really are lovely with a coffee and you can have 2 of these for 1 WeightWatchers Propoints.

These are 1 for 1 WeightWatchers Propoints but I really like them, for me they are great for that 3 o clock slump.

Terrible Picture
These are delicious, it's 1 for 1 Propoint or 2 of these for 3 WeightWatchers Propoints and these hit every spot, biscuity and chocolately.  These will probably be what I am going to go for.

Yes these are for kids but I suffer from Peter Pan syndrome.  These are quite large and each one has a propoints value of 3 and they have like a nutella chocolate inside.  Well worth getting for snacks for the kids and that way if you really want something sweet, you will have something on hand that is WeightWatchers friendly.

These are all great value but I have to mention, if you are the type of person that once you know they are in the house, you have to eat all of them.  Don't buy them.  Use these as part of a balanced healthy eating plan and these being your actual sweet treats.

On that note, it's time for me to obey my own advice and go out and walk some of this 3.5lb off me.

Enjoy the Niptuck way, so you don't have to!

    1. Thanks John, I don't know what happened, I stuffed crap into myself but there's 1 thing I do know and that's guilt will make it worse so I've decided I'm not going to feel guilt, I did it and now I'm not. It's just I know and fear the place that eating like that brings me to., but I'm not there, it was a step in that direction. This week I have been super and I'm really feeling the benifit of it. Also between my 2 classes, the weight loss was nearly 7 stone and I think all of us just need to shake it off. And after reading your blog, I have to tell you, it took me 5 weeks lose the last 1lb to get to goal, I thought that pound would break me so persist, these last few is your final test, to remind you that anything worth having has to be worked for
