Pizza Sandwich

Yes, it's utter laziness but delicious laziness.

Wanting pizza but you don't have a lot of time, or it's for lunch and you need to save your Pro Points?

Try this and you will not go back to boring sandwiches.

This picture actually makes me drool.

It's easy peasy and tasty as anything.

I used Lidl Salami slices.  It works out at 2 slices for 1 Weight Watchers Pro Points.

I also used their Light grated cheese,

2 Tbl works out at 1 Weight Watchers Pro Points and it's delicious.

1 Tbl Flora ProActive
1 Tbl passata
1 tsp of garlic granules
1 tsp garlic Italian seasonings
2 slices of Salami
2 Tbl grated cheese
Salt & pepper
Spray Oil

Directions

Mist a large saute pan with spray oil, over a medium heat place the 2 slices of bread and fry until their golden brown.  Remove the slices and butter the opposite sides of the bread.

On the golden brown side, pour the passata.  Sprinkle with garlic and Italian seasoning.  Layer the salami and sprinkle the cheese over it.  Season with salt & pepper and close the sandwich.  Ensure that the butter sides are outside.

Place the sandwich back into the pan and fry until it is golden brown and crunchie, carefully turn over and fry on the other side.

Serve and enjoy.

Enjoy the Niptuck way, so you don't have to!
