Sweet chili poured over creamy Philadelphia. Use a salty cracker to dip into the creamy sweet sauce.
Summer is here, or at least on its way. I always get over excited when the weather gets like this and generally I always end up walking more doing activity so I always work up an appetite.
I have to tell you all that I love Bbq and I have mastered the art of picking and choosing wisely. However, where I have not managed is the dips and nibbles laid out while waiting for the BBQ to be ready. I would nearly end up eating my daily allowance on nibbles.
I had this a number of years back and it was gorgeous but I was sure that I would have gone way over my allowance, until the person in question told me that it was WeightWatchers friendly.
I am not a huge fan of Phili unless of course it's the chocolate one and then that's an entirely different ball game, but with this, all it does is add a creaminess to the dip that makes it so delicious.
Best of all this is just 2 store bought ingredients that most WeightWatcher will have in the fridge and
cupboards.
I use this with crackers but I would have to be very careful that I haven't ate a pack in a few minutes, so I use the Spar Cricks Crackers whereby it is 5 crackers for 2 WeightWatchers propoints.
