Meringue with raspberries and red grapes with a thick layer of melted white chocolate and dark mint chocolate curls on top.
We may not get a summer but this will definitely bring the sunshine into your house.
It's Sunday and I always feel that there should be a treat on a Sunday, maybe it's from my childhood but to me it's not really Sunday without a treat. I do usually love to have trifle on this day, as most of you will know about my addiction to Trifle, but today I felt like something different.
This is the easy throw together mess that we all love. This is so quick and easy and can be changed up to suit anybody's taste and at a fraction of the propoints value of either store bought or restaurant portions.
I needed a taste of sunshine. Here in Dublin we did get a glance of a hint of summer being on the way, however, coming from Ireland, optimism of the weather should always air on the side of caution. With that being said our taste buds should be able to enjoy summer even if the rest of our body's are deprived.
I have to let you all know about Shapes White Chocolate Yogurt.
It's like eating melted milky bars, it's absolutely delicious. Each pot has a propoints value of 3 but talk about curbing the craving. Absolutely delicious. I know a lot of you have problems in finding the WeightWatchers Thick Cream, so if you can't find that try this because it is worth the 3 propoints. I bought these in Tesco.

1 Meringue Nest ( I used the one's from Aldi)
Red grapes chopped up
Raspberries chopped roughly
1 Tbl of Shape Delights White Chocolate Dessert
Half a square of Aldi Dark Mint Chocolate either chopped or shaved whatever you prefer
Directions
Break up the meringue into chunks. Add as many raspberries and grapes or whatever fruit you like and toss gently into the meringue. Dollop the white chocolate dessert into the mix. Sprinkle the mint dark chocolate on top.
That's all it takes for a delicious dessert.
Enjoy the Niptuck way, so you don't have to!
