Cranberry, turkey and brie cheese toasties

Sweet cranberry sauce covering peppered turkey slices with a layer of Irish brie cheese on sesame seed bread, toasted into a melting sandwich of delight.

Lunch time can be very difficult to get right.

There is the problem with having limited kitchen appliances in your work place, time restraints and ingredients that don't go to mush before lunchtime arrives.

A sandwich can just be so handy and easy, especially if your trying to get the sandwich ready before you go into work.

If this sounds like you, this post was meant for you.  You can make this the night before or in the morning and then just pop it into a toaster bag and toast,  that's it.
