Merry Christmas

Well It's Christmas Eve, one of my most favourite day's of the year.  Christmas in my house is definitely a food day.  I'm a Weightwatcher all year long and I do take care at Christmas but I also enjoy the day for what it is. 




One day of eating special will not burst my waistline, its the year long eating that created that. 

With this in mind I will say that I hope everyone has a great Christmas and really enjoys themselves.  Don't feel guilty over your Christmas meals, enjoy them.  You will get back on track.
