Weight Watchers Eating Out Guide in Subway 

So here's the NipTuck of eating out at Subway with their Low Fat Sub Range.  

Actually these are all pretty reasonable and would be really handy if you were stuck in town and starving. One of these with a side salad and you would still have propoints left over for a Weight Watchers friendly bar.    

Their all for a 6 inch sub however non of them include mayo or sauces so extra Pro Points would have to be added if you wanted to have these on your Sub.

All Pro Points were calculated with the nutritional info given on their website

    if you carry 2 laughing cow extra light triangles with you and ask them to spread that on the sub - keeps it all very moist and more flavour.....and only a pro point extra
