Weightwatchers Sunday Pastries Food Finds

The humble croissant can be so delicious.

Sunday Brunch to some people means a mug of fresh brewed coffee, a croissant and a newspaper.  What a delicious smell that can conjour.

As the say a moment on the lips a life time on the hips.  This week i have been stalking the aisles of Lidl and i have to say that i was pleasantly surprised.  Now to many the croissant may not be what they call decadent, but to me it is because i "used" to have this either with lots of jam or chocolate spread.  Now that's decadent.  Especially while their warm.  Drool.

So their i was on the aisles, really craving this, especially since the introduction of Lidl bakeries wafting up your nose the minute you enter the car park, so i started to propoint things.

Lidl All Butter Rolls, soft and near creamy texture like has a brilliant Weightwatchers Value of 3.  Yes 3.  I was so excited by this.  You can pop these in the oven or microwave for literally seconds and then you could actually smother this with Choccy Philly and still be at 5 Weightwatchers Propoints.   Or you could lather jam on it.

Now here's one better.  The same All butter Rolls but with choc chips.  Unfortunately i have no picture for this but their the same packaging but it says with choc chips.  Excitement bubbling over.  It also has a Weightwatchers value of 3.

Now these are gorgeous on their own and instead of coffee, have some hot chocolate and dip them into it.  A Weightwatchers Value of 4 for the lot!

Sorry really bad pic.

Mini Brioche with custard and choc chips.  Way out of the Weightwatchers League.  I hear you not.  It Weightwatchers value is 4.  Pretty darn reasonable.  I was so impressed.

If your having a big breakfast on Sunday Morning and then at about 3 in the afternoon fancy something sweet, these are perfect.

Have a great Sunday.

Enjoy the Niptuck way, so you don't have too!
