Weightwatchers Style Tropical Pizza

Pizza with Pears? Your joking right?

There I was baking pear and blue cheese tarts for my other half today and I thought l would try to propoint them and even using the lower fat shortcrust pastry they were astronomical but the smell was oooozing throughout the house and i was starving.  Never cook fat food while starving.  It's torture.  So it got me thinking?  What could I cook within 20 mins (before I passed out) with pears and cheese?

This little baby.

A thin crust base, salad creme sauce, layers of thinly cut pears, ham and cheese.  Seriously if its not jumping out at you to try it I understand but it truly is delicious.  My other half was actually disappointed that there was none left for them.

Even better was that the whole lot of this pizza has a Weightwatchers Propoint Value of 6.  For a lunch meal this is filling, extremely tasty and wont break your Propoint budget.  Plus this can go from ingredients to pizza in 20 minutes total.  Perfect for lunch times.

If you prefer you could replace the pears with pineapple for a Hawaiian Pizza.
