The 5 Minute Dessert
Similar to a post last week, however this is no bake, everything right from the cupboard and will have a dessert in less than 5 minutes. The weather here in Ireland is absolutely beautiful this week. Very changeable weather we have after last weeks freeze anyway im not in the mood of being in the kitchen at all. I want to be outside in the sunshine because next we might have snow?
This dessert has a Weightwatchers Propoint Value of 4 but its really worth it and if you think about the amount of Propoints you spend on little filling but not actually tasty treats, would you rather not put some of them together and have something that tastes and feels like an actual dessert treat because i do. I would rather have quality over quantity any day. That way i don't feel deprived at all.
Saying all this about quality and really this is not a recipe at all rather than a combination but its a tasty one so im allowing it.
Back to the dessert
Ingredients
1 Tesco sponge flan
Half a small chocolate Philidelphia pot
Some tinned fruit (i used apricots but you could use anything you desire or have at hand)
30g of Weightwatchers Fresh Cream
Directions
Place the flan on a plate, spread the chocolate philly on top of the flan but reserving a small amount to go on top.
Slice the fruit thinly and place on top. Dollop the cream on top and add the remaining choccy philly.
Enjoy the Niptuck way, so you don't have too!
Hi there just wondering how big was the choc Philly tub? Recipe looks delish!
ReplyDeleteIt was half of a small tube as in u buy a pack of 4 tubs but if u bought the normal 250g tube it's 1 measured Tbl. I hope ur enjoying the weather
