The weightwatchers propoints for this would be 9 that's 3 for d chips 2 for the egg and 4 for the beans although it's a lot of beans. If you were doing a filling and healthy day this would be free. If this was for dinner you could always have a slice of bread now that's delicious. You know you could have a fried egg using your spray oil with no extra propoints.
